Plan and billing
Plan & Billing shows your plan, what it includes and how much of it you use. Open it from the menu under your avatar, or from Settings > General > Plan & Billing. It is open to admins.
What does my plan include?
Your plan sets limits for your system:
| Limit | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Users and Admins | The people who sign in. Agents take no seat. |
| Records | The records in all your modules together. |
| Agents and instances | How many agents your system runs, and on how many instances. |
| AI Credits | The monthly balance of your AI wallet. |
The Limits section of the page shows your users, admins and records against the limit.
How do I grow my plan?
AgentOS lets you know before you reach a limit. As your records grow toward it, a message offers Upgrade now and Contact sales. For more agents or instances, chat with us about a bigger plan.
How do I add AI Credits?
In the Boost.space AI section, click Add credits, or click Top up in the AI wallet. Choose the amount your team needs each month. It is billed monthly and added to your wallet every month.
Where are my invoices?
On a plan paid by card, Manage Billing opens your invoices and payment method. On a plan paid by invoice, it opens a chat with our team, and Invoice address sets the company details on your invoices.
