FAQ
Do agents take a seat on my plan? No. Every agent is its own member of your workspace with its own access, and it takes no seat. See Connections and security.
Where do my agents run? On an instance, a server that runs agents. Boost.space cloud runs your instance in the EU and keeps it updated. Want agents on your own infrastructure? Chat with us.
What can an agent see of my data? Only the modules you allow. For each agent and each module you choose No access, Read or Read & write. See Connections and security.
Which AI models can my agents use? The leading models for text and reasoning, such as GPT, Claude, Gemini and Llama, plus models for images, video, speech and voice. Admins switch each agent's model on the agent's page.
How do I keep the AI wallet topped up? Your plan includes a monthly amount of AI Credits. To add more, click Top up in the AI wallet. The AI wallet icon in the left rail shows a dot when the balance runs low.
Can my colleagues use AgentOS? Yes. Invite them in Settings > General > Users and teams. Each person has their own chats with Boosty. See Users and teams.
Can people outside my company talk to an agent? Yes, through a channel such as Slack, Telegram or email. You list who may message the agent. See Channels.
Can I use AgentOS from Claude or ChatGPT? Yes. Connect your AI tool once, then work with your agents and data from its chat. See Connect AI (MCP).
Using Boost.space without AgentOS?
