Runs
Every run of every ACT automation is recorded. Open an automation to see when it ran, what came out and what started it.
What does an automation's page show?
Click an automation on the ACT automations tab. The page shows:
| Detail | What it says |
|---|---|
| Runs as | Workspace: the automation belongs to the workspace, not to one agent. |
| When | Its schedule or trigger. |
| Status | Its state, such as Paused. |
How do I read the runs?
Runs lists the latest runs, newest first:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| When | When the run started. |
| Result | What the run returned. |
| Wrote | The record that started the run. |
| Status | Whether it finished. |
Open a run to see its steps one by one.
What do I do when a run fails?
Ask in Chat: "Why did the lead scoring fail this morning? Fix it." The agent reads the run, finds the cause and fixes the automation, then tests it again.
Can I start a run by hand?
Yes. Ask in Chat: "Run the lead scoring now and show me the result."
